Question 1

What is SimplifiLearn?

Accepted Answer

SimplifiLearn turns your own course material into a complete study system — quizzes, flashcards, mnemonics, study songs, reading guides, and a daily study card — all built from what you upload, not a generic question bank.

Question 2

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, head to the Library tab, and upload one document — a syllabus, lecture slides, or your notes. From there you can open the Study tab, generate a quiz, or make flashcards. Five minutes a day is enough to build a habit.

Question 3

What can I upload?

Accepted Answer

Course material like PDFs, lecture slides, and notes. Each document you add unlocks smarter quizzes, flashcards, and mnemonics tied to that material. If a file won't upload, try a smaller or different version and you'll get a message letting you know.

Question 4

Do I have to upload anything to use it?

Accepted Answer

You can explore the app and the For You feed without uploading, but the best experience comes from your own material — that's what powers quizzes, flashcards, and mnemonics matched to your actual class.

Question 5

What devices does it work on?

Accepted Answer

SimplifiLearn runs on iPhone and iPad, and Mac users get a desktop layout. You can also sign in at simplifilearn.com — your progress syncs across your devices.

Question 6

Where do the quizzes and flashcards come from?

Accepted Answer

They're generated automatically from the documents you upload, so the questions and terms match what you're actually studying. You can set the topic, difficulty, and length when you create a quiz.

Question 7

What is the daily Study card?

Accepted Answer

Open the Study tab to get one hand-picked card each day, pulled from your courses and trending study topics. It's a single focused session — no endless scrolling — and you can listen to it, skip ahead, or jump into a full quiz.

Question 8

What is the For You feed?

Accepted Answer

For You is a personalized scroll mixing your course content, community cards, and trending study topics. Like and save what resonates, and pull to refresh after you add new material.

Question 9

How do flashcards decide when to show up again?

Accepted Answer

Cards you find hard come back sooner, and cards you know well space out over time — so your review time goes where it helps most. Rate each card Again, Hard, Good, or Easy to keep it on track.

Question 10

What are the reading tools?

Accepted Answer

Every document can become AI lecture notes (a structured summary with key terms), a Cornell-style reading guide with vocabulary and comprehension questions, and full-document narration you can listen to on the go.

Question 11

How do study reminders work?

Accepted Answer

You can turn on push reminders in Settings. Tap a reminder to jump straight into a study session. You're always in control — adjust or turn them off anytime.

Question 12

Why does it ask about my interests?

Accepted Answer

When you tell us the shows, sports, and hobbies you love, we use them to explain tricky concepts and build mnemonics around references you already remember — so the material sticks better.

Question 13

Can I change my interests later?

Accepted Answer

Anytime. Go to Settings and tap Interests to update them. New study content will start reflecting your changes.

Question 14

What are mnemonics and where do they come from?

Accepted Answer

Mnemonics are memory aids that connect hard-to-remember facts to things you already know. SimplifiLearn creates them from your course material and themes them around the interests you pick.

Question 15

What are credits and how do I earn them?

Accepted Answer

Credits are what you earn by showing up — completing quizzes, keeping streaks, and hitting milestones. You'll see your balance update as you study.

Question 16

What can I spend credits on?

Accepted Answer

Spend them in the Rewards tab on extras like AI mnemonics and study songs generated from your own uploads — a fun way to turn your material into something memorable.

Question 17

What are study songs?

Accepted Answer

Study songs turn the key ideas from your material into an original track you can listen to. They're a playful way to review — earn credits, then create one in the Rewards tab.

Question 18

How do I sign in?

Accepted Answer

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Your account keeps your uploads, progress, and interests together across your devices.

Question 19

How do I subscribe or cancel?

Accepted Answer

SimplifiLearn offers a subscription that unlocks the full study experience. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings, and changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Question 20

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Your documents and interests stay tied to your account and are used to power your study tools. For full details on what we collect and how it's handled, see our Privacy Policy at simplifilearn.com/privacy.

Question 21

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings and tap Delete Account. This permanently erases your profile, study data, and any active subscription — it can't be undone.

Question 22

How do I get help or contact support?

Accepted Answer

From Settings, tap Contact Support or Email Us, or reach us anytime at support@simplifilearn.com. We're happy to help.

Question 23

Can I use SimplifiLearn from ChatGPT or Claude?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can connect SimplifiLearn to ChatGPT or Claude so your assistant can see your courses, study plans, and materials and help you study from a normal conversation — for example, “what should I focus on this week in Biology?” Connecting is optional and takes about a minute.

Question 24

How do I connect my assistant?

Accepted Answer

Look for SimplifiLearn in your assistant’s connectors or apps directory and choose Connect. You’ll be asked to sign in to SimplifiLearn and approve the connection, and that’s it. If SimplifiLearn isn’t listed in your assistant yet, open Settings in SimplifiLearn and follow the steps under Connect your AI assistant, where available.

Question 25

What can my assistant do once connected?

Accepted Answer

It can list your courses and bookshelf, search and read your uploaded materials, show your study progress and daily study cards, tell you what your study plan covers this week, and create study material for you — quizzes, flashcards, and mnemonics — right in your SimplifiLearn account. Where available, it can also help you set learning goals and check in on them.

Question 26

What does my assistant see, and is it private?

Accepted Answer

Only what you approve on the connection screen: your profile and progress, your library, and permission to create study material in your account. It never sees your password. Anything your assistant reads, including your documents, is sent to the company that runs that assistant, so only connect assistants you trust. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Question 27

How do I disconnect an assistant?

Accepted Answer

In SimplifiLearn, go to Settings, find Connect your AI assistant, and choose Disconnect next to the assistant. You can also remove SimplifiLearn from your assistant’s own connector settings. Disconnecting stops new access right away; anything the assistant was already doing may finish within the hour.

Question 28

Do I need a subscription to connect an assistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connecting an assistant is part of the full SimplifiLearn subscription and works while your subscription is active. The free concept quiz is available separately and doesn’t need an account.
